RESEARCH & ARTICLES
The research behind the conversation.
Explore research and evidence related to the health topics we discuss every day at Root Health.
This library brings together peer-reviewed research, clinical studies and evidence-based resources across functional, integrative and metabolic health—with context to help make complicated health information easier to understand.
EVIDENCE + CONTEXT
Research is more useful when you understand what it actually means.
A single study rarely tells the whole story. Study design, population, sample size, outcomes and limitations all matter. The goal of this library isn't simply to collect links—it's to help you explore the evidence behind commonly discussed health topics and understand how research fits into the bigger picture.

A NOTE FROM ROOT HEALTH
How to use this research library.
Research can help us ask better questions, but it should not be interpreted in isolation. One study does not necessarily establish that an intervention works for everyone—or that an association proves cause and effect.
When I share research here, my goal is to give you access to the evidence behind topics we discuss at Root Health while also providing enough context to understand why a study may be interesting, what it does and does not show, and where questions still remain.
