Every membership includes provider visits, a personalized wellness plan, secure messaging, lab interpretation, supplement guidance, and Prysm iO anti-oxidant scanning. Higher tiers include more frequent visits, advanced labs, wearable data review, and premium discounts. See our membership page for full details.

Root Health is a membership-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our patients find that the personalized attention and comprehensive care more than justify the investment.

No - most of our care is delivered via telehealth and concierge visits. You need to be a New Jersey Resident as our provider is licensed in NJ. In person visits and mobile IV therapy are available in the northern NJ area.

Medications (Tirzepitide, peptides, hormones) are available at monthly add-ons at all membership tiers. VIP members receive 15% off compounded medications. Treatment bundles include medication for the duration of the program. Any prescriptions sent to retail pharmacy will be based on insurance coverage and client is responsible for any out-of-pocket expense.

Treatment bundles are focused, one-time programs (8 to 12 weeks) with a specific goal - weight loss, hormone reset, menopause support, or healthy aging. They include everything: visits, lab review, medications, and a personalized plan. Memberships are ongoing for continuous optimization. Many patients start with a bundle then transition to a membership upon completion.

Yes — urgent visits, telehealth, and wound care are part of our on-demand service offering. We do prescribe medications to retail pharmacies when necessary.

The Prsym iO scanner is a biophotonic scanner that measures your anti-oxidant and carotenoid levels through your skin in about 15 seconds. It gives us a real-time snapshot of your cellular health and nutritional status - backed by Nobel Prize-winning science. All members receive a regular scan if they choose to travel on-site. VIP members receive their own device to use at home.

Yes. Memberships are 12 months, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Yes. we see anyone from newborn to aging adult. In fact, Kristen specialized in working with neurodivergent children. There are spouse and family discounted rates for memberships.
