Full Employer Membership for one enrolled employee.
Employee + Spouse
Membership access for the employee and spouse or partner.
Family
Employee + spouse/partner, plus $65/month per enrolled child.
Final eligibility, enrollment requirements and employer contribution structure are established through the Employer Membership Agreement. Root Health Employer Membership is not health insurance.
