Whether you’re sick at home, need a quick virtual visit, or prefer the convenience of care brought to you, our concierge services give established patients flexible access to personalized care beyond the traditional office visit.

In-home evaluation and treatment when you’re sick and would rather receive care from the comfort of home.
2. Telehealth visits
Convenient virtual care for concerns that don’t require an in-person exam.
3. Rapid testing
Point-of-care testing including rapid strep, flu and other testing when appropriate.
4. Wound care
In-home evaluation, treatment and ongoing support for wounds and healing.
5. Mobile injections
Prescribed injections administered conveniently in your home.
6. Vitamin infusions
Personalized IV therapy delivered in the comfort and privacy of your home.
How concierge care works
1. Start with your initial visit
Begin with your comprehensive Initial Visit so we can understand your health history, needs and goals.
2. Choose your membership
After your Initial Visit, enroll in the Root Health membership that best fits your health goals and level of support.
3. Access concierge care
Active members can access eligible in-home and virtual concierge services, including sick visits, rapid testing, wound care, injections and more.
